- Designed and delivered Spire's Stripe integration platform as sole engineer, covering onboarding, Connect capabilities, webhooks, per-environment automation and compliance flows.
- Led the migration from Worldpay to Stripe across the payments estate.
- Built the business case for AI-assisted development and secured approval from the Architecture Review Board and Technical Design Authority for a 3-month GitHub Copilot pilot across the developer workflow.
- Technical reference for integration design across product teams, turning unclear business requirements into designs that stakeholders sign off.
- Led the technical side of an HMRC R&D tax credit claim, documenting qualifying engineering work.
- Part of a small founding team that designed and built a cloud-first integration layer from the ground up. Terraform-managed, AWS-deployed, with automated environment provisioning per client.
- Built and maintained a cloud-first integration platform connecting a Magento commerce UI to multiple ERP backend systems, designing the connector layer for each.

Learning in Public
I'm actively exploring how AI tools augment the work of an experienced engineer, not replacing judgment, but multiplying what one person can deliver. Experimenting with the Claude API, agentic AI workflows, and applying these tools to real client work. This site is part of that journey.
